That's actually a pretty cool little house and carport there Richard. What a beautiful setting back in the trees too.
But you will have to explain this "trickery" you used to get your way with the little lady. It has worked well for you for these 40 years evidently, but I only got 28 years in before mine caught on and decided she couldn't afford me any more.
If I had your method, I might have gotten a few more years milage out of the deal.

I saw last night on fb about John. The world sure lost a great one. I'm going to miss his humor, advice, and perspective from another portion of the world. Rest in Peace Johnboy.
