Digital cameras are cheap, they even have digital single use cameras now. Go buy a few and throw one in each of your cars so you will always have one when you need it.
Of course, you will still have to remember to get a replacement when ever you fill one up with pix for us.

I actully have a second cheapo digital camera, havn't a clue on where I put it tho
