header gaskets what do you like?

was just wondering what everybody uses for header gaskets. i had a set of copper ones but they didnt quite seal this time around so i bought a set of remflex graphite thick ones, no problems. the copper ones are old though <5 years> i think they were just all smushed out

copper will not blow out but they do not seal up 100% the graphite ones are better for sealing up i use the graphite mr gaskets the white mr gaskets are so bad just throw them in the trash before you put them on and save some time

Take a look here at the Earl's Pressure Master gaskets:

    http://store.summitracing.com/partde...5&autoview=sku

    "High-performance engine sealing from Earls.

Earl's Pressure Master long-term header seals combine graphite foil sealing inserts, aluminum retainers, and a temperature-resistant silicone elastomer to make ordinary gaskets, seals, and adhesives obsolete. Each seal is framed by the aluminum retainer, and can be preloaded for guaranteed positive closure and optimum bolt preload. There is no need for adhesive during installation or reassembly, and no need to retorque after assembly. The aluminum retainer gives a metal-to-metal seal on headers and allows the seal inserts to be replaced easily if needed. Also available with uncut inserts."
