But then the Prime Minster of Canada heard about the Dodge contract rejection and called the White House, who in turn called the State Department, who in turn called the Maryland Governor, who in turn told the Comptroller to buy the damn Dodges.

Times change, fast forward 12 years. Now the State is buying Honda's.

Bob most Japanes stuff is actually assembled here with more american parts than some american cars! Go figure!
