We use plate aluminum every day at work, we use to bring 55 gal barrels of chunk & chips, (not mixed together) since the mid 70's. We pay top dollar to buy it now days, but if you have a barrel of chips and a barrel of pop cans which weigh the same, you'll get more for the pop cans than the chips of of bar stock. (Billit) Thats because of the $ incentive to pick the cans up! They pass a magnet over the barrel, if Anything sticks to it, they reject it, or you can sell it as mixed and get crap for it! So we only save chunks now.
