Don, it's coming slow and now I developed blood clots in my calf so now I'm on blood thinners. I don't know how they expect me to get back to work in 2 weeks

Yep, keep an eye on those clots, kinda normal after some surgery, but just take it slow. Go back to work when YOU feel you are ready.
