    Looks like a good one to me; I definitely like it. And Bob, we could always use a good box engineer down here in Texas! It don't pay much but we'll work you to death!

    Hey Uncle Bob, I don't think you have the right passport to be allowed into Texas!!!! I keep mine current so I can go visit a couple times a year, hopefully I'll someday be granted my Texas citizenship and can move there permanently!!!!!

    I lived near San Antonio for a brief while, about 42 years ago, for a few weeks..................all I remember is some guys in green uniforms yelling at me day in and day out!

    Hey, think I vacationed in the same place once!!!!! As I remember the food was lousy and the accomodations even worse!!!!!

    Great thing about this deal is that the buyer not only gets a great frame but he also gets enough lumber to finish his garage or add another room to his house.
