well .. it`s going to be fun for a minute but it has to get old soon .. finally got the rear end welded up and put back in today .. i only welded one spider as i did not want a locked rear .. i did not expect the result i got in the test ride .. it will spin the locked wheel on demand .. it will spin it at 60 MPH .. it will be undriveable on wet pavement .. i welded the passenger side axle .. would it have made a dif if i did the drivers side .. i still need and want a stock working rear ..i haven`t added a picture in so long i dont remember how ... give me a bit ...

20 years ago when i was looking for a 69 stang to put my 429 engine and c6 trans into i looked at a 70 torino .. it was already a 429 cobra with the shaker hood and automatic trans .. the motor was missing .. they wanted a thousand bucks for the body ..it was a good body .. i asked about the original engine and they pointed to a dump truck sitting in some weeds .. the engine is in that truck and it aint for sale ..ok .. i noticed the shaker assembly in the back seat and asked how much for that .. they said " a thousand bucks " and the car comes with it .. i just was`nt that hot on a 70 torino .. i later found my stang in Mississippi ..though i dont own it now i recently helped the new owner get it running again .. i`m itching to build something again .. the pinto gets a lot of looks when i take it out but the quiet whoosh of a stock V6 just is`nt doing it for me anymore ..i need to rattle some windows again ..

i dont remember getting this ,, a perfect attendance award in the 7th grade in 1969.. an older sister sent it to me along with a bunch of pictures of me and other family members i had never seen before .. what i want to find are my presidents physical fitness awards i won about the same time period signed by the honorable Richard Nixon himself .. well .. maybe not so honorable after all ..

i have never delved in real estate so i dont know what works best for a potential buyer .. there has been both situations you speak of happen within the last 30 years around me .. a 30 acre parcel adjacent and behind me was bought by my current neighbor on the right .. he already very wealthy from building and selling high dollar houses all over the place .. he put a double wide mobile home on 10 acres and sold the other 20 for double what he gave for all of it ,, some people can turn a dime into a dollar in a minute .. not me .. the new owner built a half million dollar house in the middle of his property and fenced it all off for privacy .. on down the road a bit 20 years ago a 100 acre farm was sold with a half mile of road frontage and broken up into small lots and dozens of 100 grand to maybe 150 grand houses built and snapped up immediately .. this property where the house was burned is not laid out very well . there is only about 300 feet of road frontage for a dozen acres of land so i imagine it will sit well with someone who wants to build big and be left alone ..
