Well, when somebody runs into you from behind, there's not a lot of question as to who's fault it is.... Whatever her insurance company does, make sure it covers your time, parts, and materials to fix the car... Your certainly not stuck in a situation where you would have to accept their first offer!!!!

Anytime somebody tells you that all VIN's have 17 digits, they're really showing their age!!!!!!!Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, Live for Today!

Hoss take it to some of the repair shops around here. I know one or two, they will give you an estimate. I'm in Decatur email me and i will give you some names to appraise your car. helps when you have papers for there insurance to look at. remember it her fault she owes you or her insurance co. make them pay. Legally that is correct. My step daughter did a quick lane chnge in front of a car that had an 18 wheeler behind it. About the same time the car in front braked, she braked, car behind hits her and semi hits car behind. Guess whose fault it was? Yup the truck driver. I would have called it different, people don't have enough respect for the distance it takes to stop a truck.
