I have seen many pics in books . This is the first time i was actually able to touch one close up . I love the brass and glass oiler pure vintage . I still see some of these oilers at work vintage equipment there too. Parked not far from this is also something vintage .

Legally that is correct. My step daughter did a quick lane chnge in front of a car that had an 18 wheeler behind it. About the same time the car in front braked, she braked, car behind hits her and semi hits car behind. Guess whose fault it was? Yup the truck driver. I would have called it different, people don't have enough respect for the distance it takes to stop a truck.
Brian, I was curious what type mill you purchased. My youngest son just bought a mini mill (Grizzley) and it came in today. He is setting up to manufacture some musical parts for e-bay sales. It looks pretty good for the money spent. He is wanting to set it up for CNC. Have you looked at adding that feature to any of your equipment,if so he would be interested in getting with you.He is tossed with Servo vs Stepping motors and rolled ball screws vs ground ball screws.
till something exciting happens i will post some rusting old relics from around the neighborhood.. not to far away from spilling some topcoat on the dodge truck ..

this car had been sitting here since 1972 ... probably in great shape when it was parked .. i bought it and then found it to be too far gone for me to revive .. i just wanted something to set my 429 in and do some drag racing .. i gave it to a local junkyard :(

took me 4 years to get this pic .. this car is flawless new .. less than 40 thousand miles .. the owner is in his 90`s .. he traded an equally flawless 55 crown vic in on this car in 65 .. the crown vic is in a private museum .. he also has a like new 67 ford truck ..

Had to get in on this one. This was my 50 Pan. When we found out my Dad had cancer with no insurance I knew the money would be needed so I let it go. No regrets because of the reason. Always figured if something else came up I really wanted I'd get it. Now I've got my 79 Vette.

66 Chevelle.
Got home after work on a Friday about 25 years ago. It had a straight 6 with auto tranny. Me and my buddy Wayne (the big boy) yanked the clip, dropped in the 350 w/4 speed, clutch set up and whole 9 yards. Drove it to work Monday morning. That's back when I was doing iron work and having torches, welder and youth was a good thing to have handy.
Wayne was a good guy to have around. Me him and one other guy set a 350 in my 57 150 Handy Man by hand. And I mean by hand. Didn't have a motor lift.
Again........ torches, welder & YOUTH.
just got to finish spot putty fixes on the tiny chip spots then tape and shoot a bit more primer .. changed the springs and cut a coil out of the front .. now have to bend the rear leafs a bit to set ride hight .. still got that stupid wheel shake even after the 15th balance and had the tire trued as well .. starting to think the tire is defective .. broke bead-belt or something .. leaning towards white for color at the moment .. allready too many red dodges in town ;)

Wayne there (The Big Boy) looks like Mikey on American Chopper OCC.
Is Wayne as goofy as Mikey?
