i have tried to talk to them and they just do not care to grind any thing and takes way to long to talk to someone 1/2 hour on the phone and when you get someone i think they just do not seam to be on the ball

I have had good luck with their "shelf-cams" but like you said they don't seem like they are on the ball.
One guy I talked to on the phone did'nt even sound old enough to shave.

Pops, try The Wheel Smith, he's probably got them in stock unless you're doing something weird. Don't know about his powder coat time though, I've only bought bare from him. http://www.thewheelsmith.net/artillery_wheels.html
