Is it possible to lose your adress, purposely!
Theres a house across the street from my freinds house that has prostitution and drugs. I am checking out this house so I can report it to the cops. My first problem is the house number does not match to the others next door as it should. Is it pretty normal for adresses to not go in exact order?
