If you are in New York State as your header says, then the city/town tax assessor will have a correct map with that info. All you should need is the street name and the approximate street numbers in the area so they can locate the property. They have to show you this information, though you may get some hesitation. It is a matter of public information for anyone to view. As far as going in order, my house is #24, across the street is #13Dave W
