Does anybody know how to withdraw a bid on ebay before the auction closes?
If so, let me know please. Otherwise I;m going to have more fender braces than I can use in the remainder of this lifetime!!Old guy hot rodder

Yep, just did it. Go to Help at top of Ebay main page, type in "retract a bid" and it will ask for item number and reason. It will direct you to an appropriate page with clear instructions.

Thanks Don---This is about as much fun as a person can have with their clothes on!!! Last week I was having a heart attack because I couldn't find any fender braces. Then I got outbid for a set on ebay---then I bid on 2 more sets---then a fellow in California emailed me and wanted to trade a set for my old headlight bar---then I DID win a set on ebay. I was hoping I could stop this before it turned into one of those Dr. Zeus moments----BrianLast edited by brianrupnow; 11-06-2007 at 01:20 PM.

Just think, you could be the sole owner of every set of fender braces in the world!!! Yeah, but then the Government would step in and get you for Racketeering or a Monopoly or something.

I saw last night on fb about John. The world sure lost a great one. I'm going to miss his humor, advice, and perspective from another portion of the world. Rest in Peace Johnboy.
