my car was a lenco 5speed with a center force clutch. drove great on the street. i had a glide and a 400 in it. the 400th was a bitch to get to hook. the glide worked much better but the street driving sucked. i got the lenco trans from a crashed car the guy sold it cheap. or should i say less then new. i seen somewere that there making the 4l80e or what ever the number is to handle 1500hp. i can't remember but if i do i will p.m it to you.

The old "rule of thumb" was over 3,000 lbs. run a 350/400 under 3,000 lbs. run a glide.

I check in everyday and some are better than others. I don't think Brent has anything to do with the forum anymore, but I'm not sure. Hopefully as time moves on the forum will get better.
Where is everybody?
