I was just wondering if anyone was planning on being there. It's the 24th, 25th, and 26th of August at the fair grounds. I-44 exit 77 bear right to Norton Road.Ken Thomas

Sure wish I could be!!!! That is still one of my all time favorite swap meets!!!!! That's where I got the FE tri-power and dual point distributor still packed away in the shop waiting for the right recipient!!!! I paid way too much, and haven't used it since I bought it 10 years ago, but it was just one of them "gotta-have-it" deals. Being a Hot Rodder, I'm sure you understand..... Man, it's tempting. We need some good swap meets in Tennessee, I love going to them but I always have to drive so far.

[QUOTE=Dave Severson]I could trash my NEW Performer RPM and NEW Edelbrock 600 for that setup without a look back - but reality is what it is!!! But there are a couple of swap meets coming up this fall....... Originally Posted by Irelands child Originally Posted by Irelands childDave

[QUOTE=Irelands child]One never knows. What started out years ago as an antique (A's, T's, etc) swap meet has turned into quite a big deal. I'm not sure how many acres the fair grounds covers, but most of it is full. A lot of vendors and a lot of field finds. More straight axles and banjo rearends than I've seen since a certain junkyard in Santa Ana, Cal. in the '60's. Originally Posted by Dave Severson Originally Posted by Dave Severson
