The interior will have a steel ceiling and OSB on the walls. As for siding, that's the great mystery, we can't decide. Our house has a vinyl on it and I really don't want to put vinyl on the garage so we're debating between LP siding and steel. If we do steal, I'm afraid that's going to open up a can of worms and I'll end up redoing the whole house with it because it won't match. We're seeing more and more houses around us using regular Barn steel for siding. If it's done right, it looks good. Will probably end up putting vinyl on it, LOL.
