Not a lot going on with the Valiant…….Christmas, family, cold weather yada, yada yada.

I did get the parts car sold (hopefully), at least I got a deposit on it. The guys in Wisconsin and is supposed to pick it up the 20th of Jan, so we’ve been getting stuff rearranged to make picking it and the parts up easier.

He originally just wanted the engine, but I told him I wouldn’t split the package up. He decided to take the whole deal. I got hit with the old …..”maybe my son and I will build it as a father son project”

That’s ones been used so much I generally don’t believe it. If he does great and if he flips the body, he’ll do well with a pretty rust free AZ body w/title in the Midwest. Either way good on him and I get my bay in the shop back.

Great you got the car sold (hopefully) and it's going to Wisconsin, that's a haul for sure. You mentioned cold temps., And I am curious as to what you folks feel is cold? As I know you're aware we are recent transplants to southern New Mexico and our temps seem to hover from low 50's in the am and we hit 70 today. But I am still in Tee shirts! A lot of the locals are bundled up in heavy jackets and knit caps, and I am in a Tee shirt! So, I am curious what temp is cold for you? Just curious, need data to compare... In 2000 this same house had the pipes freeze over night once. It can get very cold here in the desert, and I am sure it's coming = just not yet. December 30th and 70 degrees is not hard to take imho.
