    Mom's 29 Sport Coupe

Mom bought this the year I was born while stationed in California at Camp Pendleton. It drove but was not very pretty. We got transferred to the East coast and the car was dropped off for restoration. We picked it up in 76 and brought it back to Oceanside where dad retired from the Marine Corps. I tried to get the car running while in high school but the original A engine was rusted tight. Several years later I grabbed the car and got it running and road worthy in time for mom to enjoy it. Bout ten years ago it was left for me in their will. I tried to enjoy the car as a model A, but after the motor let go I decided to build the hotrod I had threaten to build out of her car when I was growing up.

It's a project I work on when I have the time. Jury is still out on what to use for a grille/radiator. Going to keep the rumble seat. Fuel in chassis.....
