Good stuff!! Keep it comin'....
Awesome work..Thanks for sharing..
Here is the new pressure switch housing proto-type just off the mill. This protects the switch from moisture and debris and looks good doing it. I do not have the sealed port for the wire in yet. It will come out the back. Once I get the screws for the cover I will install it on the truck and take a couple of pics. This will be finished (some edges rounded over, finish mill pass here and there)and polished before final install on the truck.Attachment 63540Attachment 63541Attachment 63542
A small order of my 1063 series line clamps awaiting stainless hardware. Second photo has a 812 series clamp in lower corner for size comparison. These line clamps have interchangeable inserts so you can change line size without changing the whole clamp. You can easily drill the insert to fit any O.D. tube size. 1063 series clamps fit line size 7/16" to 5/8".Attachment 63543Attachment 63544

Wow, awesome work, fab and design! I really like your attention to detail! Thanks for taking the time to post it here for us to see and follow along with!
Love the switch and cover setup! Lot's of detail there.
I'll just sit here and be a lawn chair warrior wishing & dreaming I had the skill you have in your little finger. Outstanding workmanship..........joe
That's the cleanest best laid out lines and frame I've ever saw. OFS
Wow! That chassis is most definitely a work of art.
Great work and really nice project.
Here is the fuel tank installed. This is just a test fit. I need to do some tweaking to the straps and spacer blocks. I will post more photos of the parts in detail.Attachment 63562Attachment 63563Attachment 63564
I really like the line clamps - especially the flexibility in line sizes. I just went back over all the photos again and noticed the Watts linkage on the rear axle. With all the travel in the air suspension, it's an excellent choice.
The Watts Link knocks me out. Your work is over the top, thanks for sharing.
