That is a very nice new edition to your garage! Congrats! It might save you some work too from the looks of it!

Yes Ryan that is the plan. I'm sick of build build build. I want to drive drive drive. With 2 completed cars in the garage I can finally get rid of a ton of crap (because most of it will be going with the sale of the 33 chevy). Happy dance! The way I see it I'm saving 2 years of build time and more than a few dollars plus we get to have fun right away. To me thats a win win win! Just seeing the look on my sweeties face I knew I made the right choice. I can see it now come spring time. {I have to go to the post office I'm taking the 32} 20 minutes after she gets home {I have to go to the drug store} then { do you need anything at homedepot?} then it will be car shows on the weekends and just for a drive to get a burger. Hell I don't care so long as she takes me with her!

Hell that's like having a briefcase on your door! We are going to do pockets on the back of the seats though.

I have to find out more about her front end setup. I think it's a P&J super stopper kit but I'm not 100% sure.

Okay so I have a real good buddy that has a posi center chuck and he drops it off today. I jack her up and pull the wheels and axles. I get under there and find out...It's a 9"! So I call him up and he says "pull it anyway I have a 9" posi too with the same gears and I think I even have a gasket too". So there is my daughter Amber holding the pan under the ass end to catch the grease, I pulled out all the nuts, and the wife is manning the jack. I don't have 4' jack stands so I can't get fully under the car...LOL It took some work to break the seal but we got it. It's out and no one got hurt. So not only is her car done and running but she has more HP and a 9" posi (mines an 8") with 31 spline axles (mine has 28 spline). The reason for all this was the rear was leaking and I needed to change the gasket anyway so my buddy figured it was the perfect time to go posi. We are going from 3:50 to 3:80 ratio so it will be a little snottier out of the hole. She's gonna love it.

It looks like a P&J Super Stopper to me. The hub shape is spot on. I was a bit concerned about the thickness of the disc, but I found out that the SS kits come with 3/8" solid or 1" vented discs.

Look what the hot rod gods left at my house yesterday... What; doesn't everyone have a 9" posi center section sitting in their living room??? Chrome coil-over shocks, 40 ford steering wheel, and a lokar shifter all sitting on the kitchen table. Not to mention the 1/2 gallon of washington blue paint and reducer sitting in the corner. Man I have parts and pieces stuffed everywhere. Thank god my sweetie likes cars too or I'd be in a $hitload of trouble.

Enjoy the little things in life, and you may look back one day and realize that they were really the BIG things.

Sandyclaus only leaves stuff at the houses of little boys that have been good.

I think a little bird may have whispered in his ear about...

    No; my lips are sealed.

So the wife is worried that this is gonna turn into another "PROJECT". Just went down to the cave to turn on the heat. So I was just looking in the garage from the top of my stairs at everything all blown apart. And I think to myself....Nope no project here. I told her not to worry it's only 32 bolts. It'll be back together by Sunday noon the latest.
