I have posted most of this stuff on their Face Book Page. They have offered to replace the bad rim twice now (not gonna happen) and also offered me a new T-shirt.... No thanks.
If they were a reputable company the least they could do is offer the pay for the bad rim. I have over 20 hrs of work into these "brand new" wheels just to make them look halfway decent and I think that would be fair...
