Not from blasting, blasting is fine if you use small blaster, mine are 1/8 dia. with fine sand with low volume of sand , takes time but no warping. It took me 2.5 hours to do 1 door and still had to DA it a lot, no commercial blasting those guys just want to get it done and out of the shop IMHO. The more I look at the sheet metal on this truck the more I fine that needs repair. Sometimes I wish I had RatRod mentality towards my build, but its just not me.
