It's alive!! I finally got it started and it sounds really good. Distributor was 180 degrees out and I'm having some carb issues. I cleaned it up and rebuilt it using a video online but for some reason the accelerator pump is not pumping right. Regardless, it sure sounded good to hear it run. Now to finish up the wiring, bleed and adjust the brakes, and get some tires mounted so we can get a test drive going. Im going to call a carb shop and see if i can get this carb issue worked out.
Yeah, Steve, I figure the color is close enough to olive drab that I can make it work with just painting on the star and serial number. It'll work for now.Last edited by falconvan; 11-21-2011 at 05:21 AM.
