    Steve,

Love your work as always but I have a question about your thru the frame fitting. Have you made and used one of these before? I only ask because in one of my latest rod mags somebody was having a problem with a spongy brake petal. It turned out to be the thru the frame brake fitting. The guy used a commercial bought one that was like the one in your 1st pic. The problem was the initial thru hole thru the bolt. After the end fittings were installed it left a large cavern in the middle of the bolt where air was trapped and no amount of bleeding would get rid of it. For some reason the problem didn't show up with all users of that fitting. The solution in this case was to machine a tube with an OD the same as the ID of the thru hole and an ID the same as that of the brake line and install that in the bold to eliminate the cavern. If this is not your first use of this type of fitting and all has worked fine please disregard all of the preceding.

Hi Jack yep i read that too, I've fitted these to i don't know how many cars including my own without any problems, Mine is drilled 8.5mm all the way through so no cavitys, but i would say how ever they are made the hose id will always be the smallest.
