The high build should be fine as long as all the parts with it on are inside out of the weather... As soon as I read you have epoxy under the high build IMO you're starting out great on the work!!! Good Epoxy primer is dang near bullet proof. Some of my own stuff seems to sit around for years with just epoxy on it while I'm working on other people's stuff (the cobbler's kids go barefoot!!!) and with nothing more then a bit of 240 grit scuffing, the epoxy is back to life and ready to work! Done the same when I had hi build over the epoxy and it sat for awhile, just make sure it's scuffed with 240 before you put anything else over it!

BTW, how far South you moving, anyway? Your project is one of my most favorite year Ford's, but unfortunately still remains on my "things to do" list!!!!!! Going to be great watching yours come together!
