302 Winsor issue with valve tapping?

I have a weird tapping at idle and all RPM.... I have to check for loose pushrod maybe... also tranny doing some funky staying in '1st too long thing'... Thinking of just doing a valve train and cam job. Lots a work for someone without a garage huh ?

Any other ideas about valve tapping noise?
How to tell if it is exhaust leak at head?
How to figure out which valve is making my engine sound like a sewing machine ?
You may be smart... but not everyone thinks so.. so STFU
