Could be the coil, could be the MSD box would be my best two guesses. An ignition problem can also leave a lot of unburned fuel, aka a very rich condition......Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, Live for Today!

Thanks guys! It's been a long road. Fun doing finishing work for sure. Getting the dash ready for paint and some interior trim. Have to do some finish work on the aluminum headliner before...
