As part of the dash "upgrade".. I replaced all the gauges with new ones from Classic. That meant the gas tank had to come out.

Sigh.... I feel like R2 on the west coast! It started with a motor swap.. and then a dual quad and oil pan.. and then the gauges.. and then the dash.. and then the gas tank!!!! So the tank cover takes a hit to the paint! But I did confirm the old sending unit was trash! At least that's something!

So after the tank gets back in, there will be some body work and primer... of course we all realize that the color has to change now right?!?!?!?!

Hahahaha!!! Yep, mine started as a radiator swap!

Now what you need to do is get another cool old vehicle to use as your only daily driver and start doing irresistable upgrades to it while still trying to work on the ever mushrooming '34 project.......then have some "powers that be" curb your enthusiasm with complaints about the noise you make while working on them....

Perhaps, I can help you with some color choices......
