Not much information to go by..... What kind of car, which heads? The '69 351 W. heads were the hot ticket for 302's for years till all the good aftermarket aluminum stuff came out.....

Heads are the same, so you'll need the 302 intake. 351W is a taller block, so when you use a 351 W. block with any Windsor head, you use the 351 W intake....
