Neither of the intakes you have on hand are suitable. Use an Edelbrock Performer RPM or Weiand Stealth. Either of them will match up with your cam (1500-5000) better than what you have on hand. I've seen a motor pick up 40 hp with a change from a Performer to a Performer RPM. (Low-rise to High-rise, dual-plane). The worst street manifold in the group is the single plane Torker. It needs a cam that makes power 3500-7000.
