    Oh yeah, that shouldn't be a problem! I'd still suggest looking around for a better set of heads, they really make a difference on the SBF's...The set Jeff is running on his 302 would work great if you could locate another set...The original 289 Hi Performance engines using those heads were rated at 271 horse right from the factory!

    Yer a good man, Kurt!!! Those heads with the cam similar to the 289hp cam specs will give Josh lots of good street performance from a 302!!!!!

    I think your exactly right Dave, and I think he would be more than happy with that motor then. By the way Josh I forgot to tell you the guys name that owns that machine shop.
    His Name is Jerry Mc Gill. Like I said tell him you know Kurt with the 351 Cleveland he built and he will make you a good deal, he's a good buddy of mine and has done all my friends right so far. Kurt
