I picked up a 71 Comet with a 302 2v and 48K original miles. (It sat for 20 + years) So far I've changed out the: Fuel filter, plugs, wires, coil, condensor, point, pcv valve...I think that's it.
She 'pops' sucks up fuel, and burns rich.
I don't know if it's the:
1) Timing
2) Valves needing adjusting
3) Carb needs adjusting

Needless to say, I don't know how to do any of these things proficiantly, or if it's even the problem. Any advice would be helpful...especial since its now my daily driver.
I could use some help.
