after setting for 20+years i would rebuld the carb. it's a 2100 autolite 2-barrel. the accel pump is probley cracked or dry cracked.also did you drain the fuel tank and flush the fuel lines??? go with adjusting the carb.and since its a ford rebuild the brakes total brake job ,they may not be bad now but real soon they will be. check for vaccum leaks. get a can of carb. cleaner with the engine idleing spray around the carb.,intake,pcv valve and hoses,and carb.base plate. good luck.
