    well it could be take out the header bolt out and water pours out the bolt hole it very well could have been fixed and some one drilled to far on a busted bolt fix

    I'd try some thread seal on the bolt before looking for another set of heads. The factory put studs in the end holes on some SBF heads, maybe this is why?

    Kurt,
    If it were mine, that would be the route to go. The owner is extrmely budget minded for now so if he can bandaid or get around the problem, that's the route he'll go.

    I'll pull the bolt and see what spills out. If nothing, I'll try to seal it. I'll post the results when I get some.
