Did you check Hooker? They used to make a very nice pair of square port Mustang headers, not sure what all else...Used to use them on my Maverick small blocks...... Most everything else I build is some sort of weird combination and I just start with a pair of flanges and go from there......
Hmmmm...Aren't the regular factory 5.0 headers off the GT Mustangs a square port Bobby???? See a lot of them on eBay....Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, Live for Today!

Dave i have a set of those i want to get a set of huggers in cheap form just in case i may go that route . I'm still looking into the F150 style you mentioned too. Only thing is one is perfect and the other is the same a mustang style that i found so far . I did find a perfect set but again oval port design.
