Best engine I have ever owned,I like it as much as my 460 for work and play.
I abused that 300 like no engine should ever be,my rev limiter was valve float which happened at about 5000-4500 rpm.I had big mudder tires on my 77 truck and would drop it in low and hold it to the floor ,2 wheel drive and shoot across the dirt /mud and snow like a wild man
I even had that truck and engine about 5 feet off the ground with a stock suspention
I could not imagine a built 300.......They sound good too.
