ok so i got the shelby all cleaned back together.... fired up on the bench wonderfully.... threw it in my mustang hooked the tranny up.... the engine wont turn with the tranny hooked up.... so i loosened it up a bit and tried turning again works fine.... the tranny was hooked up to a 302, so i'm wondering would the crank pilot on the torque converter be different in any dimmension than that of a 289??? i've never really had a problem like this before.... everything turns just fine too as long as there is about a quarter inch gap between the bellhousing and the block
