    Now pull everything out again and check your converter tangs,and check your pump to see that it is not damaged ?? When you put the converter in again spin it untill you get a double thunk, as the stator and pump engage.

    Oh and hope you dont find to many broken parts.

    i haven't run it like this yet...... thats what it seems like to me that the conv isn't set in there, but i keep pullin it and reseating it properly and sliding the tranny back onto the engine



    edit: ok so i took a closer look and noticed that the flexplate was put on backwards..... figures..... thats the only thing i had my friend do while i wasn't watching him.... why i didn't double check it right away.... thats definately my fault
