that distributor won't work for a older small 6, the DSII distributor from a later 70's 200/ 250 I6, assuming this is a small I6, if it's a 240/300 big six, a later 300 distributor could work but would be complex because they do have computer controls for the EFIYou don't know what you've got til it's gone
