    anyone know which headers fit these svo heads?

    trying to find

     



    what's going on,saw the heads on that jon kasse article and they talked highly of them.where can you find them to buy and will they fit any windsor block.

    The port volume is huge 247 cc as cast.They use 2.10,1.60 valves.They use stock valve train.I doubt a stock style stud girdle will work.Stock or tall Ford valve covers will not work.With a port volume of 247 these heads I would think would be more at home on a high-revving 420.You did not say what size engine you are building.If it the engine is much smaller than a 420 I would look at some smaller heads.

    i was thiking on building a 30 over 351w because my money was a little short.but now i think i'll wait it out and try to save and build a 393 or 408 streetable engine.thanks for your help-morris-

    They used these heads on 416W small block ford and that motor put over 648hp and 620ft torque!!! very impressive heads,but it is probably wise to use over 400 cubes to take advantage of the extra port size
