Never enough info, I'm curious what year the 351w is. 69 is the best year, the heads have the big Valves. If you have a later 351w with small the small valves and big ports,swap the heads off your 289 with them and it will raise your compression to about 10 to 1 from about 8 to 1. This will take you from around 150 Hp to about 275 Hp big differance. Give us some of the ID Numbers from above the starters and off the heads and we came help you out.
