Go 302 with good heads and cam. A 4.6 is a huge motor and its not a bolt in. The 351W would be easier to bolt in then the 4.6. I have seen a 302 and a 4.6 side by side and the 4.6 is a very wide motor. I'm sure you can make it fit but it will be expensive.
