    motor mounts...

I guess I should go take a look at my neighbors mustang, but then I got to listen to him talk about it I need to fab or buy motor mounts for a sbf to use in my model A. I know speedway sells them. I've seen guys make mounts for flatheads, but the sbf block is narrower then my model A frame. I'm worried that my mounts will be too long and not strong enough. But I'm not a structual engineer. I know guys have ran this engine in their T and A frames (pun not intended, but not avoided either) before. Anyone have any tips on this one? Thanks.

go to www.speedway.com and try part # 916-18013 for the mount and 910-18013 for the rubber motor mounts to go with it. This is the one I'm looking at to do basically the same thing. I haven't seen one in person, so I can't comment beyond what you find in the catalog. Hope that helps......
