I'll keep you posted. I've talked with a few guys that have installed these no problem. Just took out the old and installed the new. I guess mine are somewhere in between but a few are quite loose and would no way hold adjustment as is. The stock tap is a 7/16 x 20 special form thread with a pitched top diameter from .4025-.3978. Should have seen the blank expressions on the faces of the guys at Autozone when I asked for a .001 oversize tap. I knew then I needed professional help LOL. G.
