A 428 crank is an inexpensive choice giving you a 410. You'll need to match pistons for the increased stroke but some of the after market sources offer them in a stroker kit. I'm sure they break them out also. Diamond and Ross pistons should be able to hook you up. A nice cam and some heads if your budget allows. Most like the Edelbrock heads but the Shelby heads are very close in price at $2100. The Shelby heads have come down a bit in price as Edelbrock was killing them in the market. Figure out a reasonable budget and see what your options are. Depending on what heads you have you can port them and upgrade the valves to save some cash. G.
