Well first of it's an original 410 it's rare as they only were produced in 66-67. Kinda a odd ball engine like the 406. I'd look into min overbore or just honing to clean up the bores. Then look at the Scat 4.125 (?) cranks to stroke it further. As mentioned a sonic check will tell you wall thickness and if 428 is doable. That's .080 over...Yow! It's been done though....JMO, G.
