 Always use the spring specified by the cam grinder. Edelbrock specs either of these springs for use with that cam.

 I could be wrong, but I believe those needle bearing rockers have to run on a hardened shaft. Here's the whole kit....

 That Edelbrock 2105 is what my buddy used to call a "weak suck operation". Step up to a high-rise Edelbrock RPM or Weiand Stealth. You should pick up 30-40 horsepower over the low-rise model.
