No idea on the size of the old one, but it did fit in the upper mount. I last saw it with Jimmy Hoffa so God only knows where it is. I think I'll talk the guys at the parts shop into letting me root around in the back to find one that'll work. If I remember right though the old one only had one wire going to it.
