I wish I had a picture of the one I built for a buddy that has his own machine shop.
I built a L shaped frame with caster wheels on it.
In the back of the L shape I had a bar {2 X 4} that would slide up and down to adjust for differant engine blocks with differant holes drilled in it.
On the bottom sides of the frame I had arms that could slide forward and backwards.
The arms them selves had a bolts near the bottom and top of the arm to pivet to be adjusted for differant engines and with being able to slide back and forth they could easly adjust to fit any engine not just one motor.
26 inches on the inside of the frame 30 inches to the out side using 2X4 boxed tubing. This is side to side.
Front to rear is 40 inches on the inside and 44 inches on the out side also using 2 X 4 box tubing.
This seems a little long but will give you room for your pully's.
Bring the back up about 36 inches to give you room for big blocks or tall blocks plus it gives you some place to push the thing around by and makes it nice for control with out having to be bent over to move it around.
